Intro to my blog!

Hello, my Shinning Star Butterflies! Happy Friday or in other countries, Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is doing well and if not, that's okay! When life throws us problems, we get through it and no matter what, we will get through it! We got this and we are strong! I know that I have an amazing support system that consists of my friends and my family who love me for who I am and I also my Shinning Star Butterflies! I just want to say thank you to everyone from around the world for supporting me! Y'all's support means everything to me and I want to say thank you for the amazing support that y'all have been giving me! I appreciate y'all so much! On Wednesday's blog, I talked about the outfits that I would wear during the holidays! Honestly, the outfit that I wore for Christmas was so beautiful and how the black leggings look with the outfit! It was such an amazing outfit and also, the outfit that I wore for my 23rd birthday was absolutely perfect as well. I love the brown belt with the black and white plaid shirt and the black crisscross leggings. It was absolutely beautiful and nice! For today's blog, I will be talking about my skincare routine! Yes! I will be talking about my skincare routine! I will be talking about what is my skincare routine? Why do I love doing skincare routine? What kind of products do I use for my skincare routine? Why do I use those type of products? What does each product do? Now, lets get started with the blog! Shall we? We shall get started! 

Talking about my makeup routine and why do I have a makeup routine?

On Friday, June 4th, 2021; I talked about my makeup routine! I feel like it is important to have a routine when it comes to either your life or makeup or even your skincare routine. I feel when it comes to routine, I feel you should always plan for your look that day and then, you do your routine. The way I do my makeup routine is I like to moisturize my face first! The reason why I do that is because my face always feel a little dry so I think adding the moisturizer to my face is the best thing for me! The next step in my makeup routine is primer! Primer is good for priming your face before you add your face! I think the reason why I prime my face is because that way makeup can stay on my face all day!! The third step that I do in my makeup routine is foundation! Foundation is your base! When you do your makeup routine especially for me, I want to think my face as a house. I want to think the foundation as a base of the house or where you would begin to build your house. I think doing foundation third in your makeup routine is good because you either want have a full coverage or a dewy look, depending on the person. I mean some people don't wear makeup and that's okay! Not all makeup is for people! The reason why I do the foundation third in my makeup routine is because you are building your "foundation" or what  kind of look that you want to do. My fourth step that I do is powder. After I blend out my foundation, my next step is powder. When I use powder, I want to make sure my foundation stays in place and doesn't smudge anywhere. I want the makeup to stay in place! The reason that I use powder is because I love wearing makeup and I love putting makeup looks together and when I wear makeup, I feel empower and I feel good because I am having a good makeup day, so putting powder everywhere on my face to make sure my foundation stays in place is a good thing for me. The 5th thing that I like to do in my makeup routine is concealer. I love concealer. Concealer for me is my best friend! When I think of concealer, I think of a tool that hides your under eye bags! I love concealer so much! The reason why I have concealer in my makeup routine is because I want to hide my under bags so much and having concealer in my makeup routine is amazing. I love using concealer a lot and using concealer is my life saver! Literally because I don't want people to see me tired!! The sixth step in my makeup routine is contour! When I think of contour, I think of chiseling the cheeks and having a smaller nose. I love when I do contour because I want to try and have a small nose, but it doesn't happen half the time. The reason why I do contour is because to make my face look chisel! I love contouring a lot! The seventh step in my makeup routine is loose finishing powder or baking. I love baking my face because it feels like you are baking your face and if you love baking, then you will love baking your face! The reason why I have baking in my makeup routine is because when I do bake, I like to set everything in place and I don't want to look wrong before I head out the door. I like when my makeup looks good and I don't want my makeup to look off so when I bake, I like to set everything in place!! The eighth and ninth thing that I do in makeup routine is eye shadow and eye glitter! I love eye shadow and eye glitter so much. I think eye shadow and eye glitter is my favorite part of the whole makeup routine and the eye catcher of the hole makeup look. I feel like most people would mainly look at your eyes because you either have a beautiful eye shadow or a beautiful eye glitter that would catch your eye. The reason why I have those two in my makeup routine is because I love creating eye catching looks and if people can see my eye shadow looking all pretty and looking absolutely amazing, then I want people look at me in the eyes than completely somewhere else. The eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth things that I do in my makeup routine is mascara, blush, and highlighter. I love doing those three things in my makeup routine especially highlighter. The reason why I love highlighter because if you go into the light and you wearing a blinding highlight, that is everything! When that sun hits your highlight, it is blinding and I love it. The reason why I use those things in my makeup routine is because I love to have full volume in my eyelashes. I love wearing blush because even though I already have red cheeks already, I love adding a little bit more! Highlighter is a nice touch to your makeup routine because your highlight can blind people and I live for a blinding highlight!! The final steps of my makeup routine is lipstick primer, lipstick, and setting spray! The reason why those are apart of my makeup routine is because I want my lipstick too last all day and I think having a lipstick primer on my lips, it can last all day and I love that. I love wearing lipstick because it can complete a whole look and I love that! I love setting spray because if you set your whole face for the day, your makeup will look amazing and I love setting spray a lot! The reason why I do have a makeup routine is because makeup is apart of my life and makeup is my passion! I love wearing makeup and I love doing makeup but sometimes, it can make your face dry a little bit and that is why I have a skincare routine!! 

What is my skincare routine? Why do I love doing skincare routine? 

The way I can describe my skincare is when I wear makeup, I use this product called hydro boost hydrating cleansing gel by Neutrogena. That stuff smells so good and it makes my skin feel so soft which I love!! After I remove my makeup and I wash my face, I use toner and moisturizer. The toner that I use is called the pore refining toner by Neutrogena! I love that toner a lot as well. It doesn't smell good but it works and I love it. The moisturizer that I use is by Clean&Clear and it is a dual action moisturizer. I love that stuff so much! After I do toner and moisturizer, I spray the soothing facial mist by Garnier SkinActive. I love the spray a lot. It smells so good and it makes skin so soft! After I do my face, I put some lip balm on because sometimes, my lips can be a little dry when I wear makeup or just dry in general. The two lip balms that I love to use is Baby lips crystal and baby lips both by Maybelline New York and I love those lip balms so much!! I love doing skincare a lot because it helps my skin feel better at the end of the day! Not only my skin, but also my lips. Having hydrating lips is the best thing in the world! Not only having hydrating lips, but also having hydrating skin is awesome as well. You want your skin to feel great and the best at the end of the day before bed and that's why I love having a skincare routine because once you start taking care of your skin, you will see better results and I love taking care of my skin a lot. To me, I think the best thing about taking care of your skin is you will feel better at the end of the day and I love that!! 

What kind of products do I use for my skincare routine? Why do I use those type of products? 

The kinds of products that I use for my skincare routine is from different brands! The first product that I use when I remove my makeup is by Neutrogena! I love the way it smells and it smells so good! The second product that I use is the toner which is also by Neutrogena. The third product that I use is the moisturizer which is a dual action moisturizer by clean&clear. I love the toner and moisturizer a lot. They are both great and amazing! The hydrating spray by Garnier is such a good and hydrating spray that I can feel it hydrating my skin after I spray my face which is amazing! I am all about y hydrated and if I need to be hydrated, then my skin needs to hydrated as well. If your wellbeing needs to be hydrated by drinking lots of fluids, then hydrate your skin as well!! The products that I use for my lips are the lip balms are by Maybelline New York! Maybelline has some good products and their lip balms are awesome. I love their lip balms so much! They are amazing and I love them so much!! The reason why I do use those type of products is because I feel my skin needs to be hydrated and with the toner, I feel like my pores are getting smaller and smaller which I love. I love the hydrating spray a lot because I love a hydrating skin and I love hydrating my skin so much! For me, I am about the hydration and I rather be hydrated than be dehydrated. I love taking care of my skin and I also love telling people my age when I look younger. That's okay! I will take any age and be okay with it! I will gladly take it as a compliment! Just saying!

What does each product do? 

The hydro boost by Neutrogena is a cleansing gel and what is does it is a lightweight gel that transforms into a silky lather that effectively lifts away dirt, oil, and makeup! With hyaluronic acid, the formula is clinically proven to increase skin's hydration level and lock it in, leaving skin refreshingly clean and touchably supple, every time you cleanse. I love this product so much because it is such an amazing product and it keeps my skin soft and it does remove all my makeup which I love! With a makeup, it hardly removes all of my makeup but with the hydrating boost gel is removes all my makeup and not only just makeup, it also removes oils and dirt! I love it a lot! Such a good product!! The next product is the Pore Refining Toner. What this product does is it says it in its name. It visibly reduces the appearance of pores and refines skin. I also love this so much. It is such a good product and I don't love the way it smells but it is a good product and I love it a lot. The third product is the dual action moisturizer by Clean&Clear. What this product does is it combines oil free moisturizers with a proven pimple fighting ingredient. This unique lotion leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft while it helps to treat and prevent pimples. I love this product a lot because it does leave my skin so soft and I love soft skin! The final product that I use for my face is the hydrating spray by Garnier! What this product does is it is a formulated with rose water, this facial mist lightly hydrates leaving skin feeling soothed and refreshed. No need to rinse. It is also suitable for sensitive skin; so, if you have sensitive skin, I think this product is for you! I love this stuff as well. It is so amazing and I love the way it smells. The lip balms make my lips hydrated and I love that as well!! 

In conclusion/ Tip of the day/ Question of the day?

In conclusion, I feel like skincare routine is important because if you are struggling with your skin, you need to find something that would work with your skin. Every person struggles differently with their skin. Every person has a different skin type. With me, I have dry and oily skin and I found products that works for me perfectly and I am so happy about that. You just need to find skincare products that will work with your skin!! Here is my tip and question of the day! My tip of the day is find a product that would work with your skin! Find something that I might work with your skin type if you have dry, oily, or even sensitive skin! Skincare routine isn't for everyone. You don't have to have skincare routine. It's completely up to you if you want a skincare routine or not! If you feel comfortable with your skin, leave it be! You be you and you be proud of your skin!
