Explaining my makeup routine, talking about some products that I like to use before each routine, and why I like to have a routine?

      Hey Everyone!! Queen of makeup, Brandee here. I hope everyone is doing well and taking good care of yourself. I am taking good care of myself. Anyway, today is the last blog for a little bit. I am taking break next week, but don't worry, I am coming back. It's okay!! I will be coming back. I am just going to take a break for a little bit and relax and write some more blog ideas. Anyways, today's topic is explaining my makeup routine, what I like to do before I do my makeup, and why I like to do it or why I feel comfortable doing it. So, before I do my makeup routine or do a makeup look rather it be a soft look or a bright look, I like to pick out my makeup products that I am going to use before each look. 

Explaining my makeup routine and talking about some products that I like to use before each routine. 

So, before I do a makeup look rather it is a soft look or a bright color look, I like to pick out my makeup products. I think starting my routine like that is really important because so that you know what products you are using. I like to know what products that I am using before I start my routine. For me having a routine for your makeup is important that way you can get used to it and get into the steps of your routine rather it's makeup or you starting your day or even your skincare routine. After I pick my products for my makeup look that I would be doing that day or just for fun, my next step is to put my hair back with a headband. The reason why I do that is because that way I don't get foundation or powder in my hair. Who would want powder or foundation in your hair? I know I wouldn't. It would feel weird and odd. After I push my hair to get out of the way, I like to put moisturizer on before my primer and foundation. The reason why I do that is because that way my skin doesn't feel dry and it will lay the foundation or primer down great. After I do the moisturizer, I put primer on. I like to put primer on because so that my makeup can stay on all day and my makeup can look absolutely amazing. After I do moisturizer and primer, I put foundation on. When I do foundation, I like to put dots all over my face and then, I blend it with a beauty blender. I think using a beauty blender is more helpful and useful. I have seen other beauty gurus use a blending brush or their fingers, but I rather use a beauty blender because it is easier and I like using it a lot. After I do foundation, I put powder all over my face. The reason why I use powder to put on my face is because so that my foundation can stay on and look amazing through the day. After I do powder, I put concealer on. The reason why I do concealer is because to hide my under bags if I am tired or just because I love concealer. I love hiding my under bags. After I do concealer, I like to contour. I like to contour my forehead and my nose to make it look like I have a smaller nose. Contour is absolutely amazing and I love it a lot. My next step in my makeup routine is loose finishing powder or aka baking. I love to use loose finishing powder because I like to bake my face and make sure everything stays in place throughout the day. I love to put the loose finishing powder under my eyes, my nose, and along the jawline to make my jawline chiseled. My next two steps that I like to do during my makeup routine is eyeshadow and eyeglitter. I love these two steps so much because I love playing with eyeshadow and eyeglitter a lot. Playing with different colors and playing with different glitters are so much fun. You can create so many beautiful eye looks and when I use a blue eyeshadow, my eyes pop which I love a lot. I love making my eyes pop. My next step into my makeup routine is mascara. I love mascara because it makes my eyelashes fuller and longer than before. Mascara is amazing but a little messy but I don't care. I love mascara a lot. My next step into my routine is blush. Even I don't need it, I still like to use it because I love using blush. The reason why I don't need it is because my cheeks already get rosy as it is and that is why I don't need it as much. The next 3 final steps to my routine are highlighter, lipstick, and setting spray. I love highlighter because it can complete the look or it can be a look on its own and I love a good popping highlighter. Highlighters are like my best friend!! I love highlighter so much. I love a good nude or a hot pink lipstick. I love make a statement with my lips. I love wearing a hot pink lipstick because it is bright and it is bold. I feel like with your lips and your eyes should make a statement because people are going to look at your eyes and with a bold eye can also make bold lip look really amazing and so gorgeous. That's my opinion. My final step to my routine is setting spray. The setting spray can set your whole look down and it can set your whole face. I love setting spray a lot and my favorite setting spray that I love to use is the E.L.F. setting spray is because it smells so good. It smells like coconut and I love it so much. It doesn't break out my skin and I love that so much. Most setting sprays don't smell good or break out my skin, but E.L.F. is amazing. I love E.L.F. products so much. They are my go to products to use and I love E.L.F. so much.

Why I like to have a routine with my makeup??

The reason why I love to have a routine with my makeup is so that I can keep a routine down and not have my makeup everywhere. I love having a routine with my makeup or with my daily live is because it helps me a lot and having my makeup in order before I start my routine helps me a lot as well. If I skip a step in my makeup routine, I like to go back to it and then move forward into my makeup routine. I think having a good makeup routine is amazing and picking out the products that you want to use that is helps a lot. I love picking a makeup products and creating a beautiful look while doing a makeup look. I love makeup a lot and I love having a routine for it. I think having routine for your makeup is really good and amazing. 

In conclusion!

In conclusion, I think having good routine for your makeup or skincare is amazing. I love picking out my makeup the night before or I just go with a flow at times, but for me I rather have a makeup or skincare routine down than just go with the flow at times. I rather have my makeup picked out and ready to go. My makeup routine is simple and not to crazy which I love that a lot because if you have a crazy routine, then it can be chaotic but it is completely up to you. Just having a routine has helped me a lot and having a makeup routine is amazing. I love to pick out what look that I am going to do and go from there.  Makeup is apart of who I am as a person and I love makeup a lot because it is my type of art and I love creating art with makeup. I think creating art is amazing and I love it a lot. 

Tip of the day!!

Here is my tip of the day: If you have a routine in skincare or makeup or in daily life, continue to have that daily routine because if you try to break that routine, it is going to be hard getting back into that routine and start over. I just think having a routine is helpful and it can help you in life. I love having a daily routine and a routine to pick out my makeup and create art for the day. I love makeup with a passion and if you do something fun as your routine, continue to do that. If it makes you happy, then continue doing it no matter what. I am going to continue doing makeup and creating art because that is apart of my routine and I love it so much!!!
